Your company was very easy to work with. I was very pleased. I would only have one suggestion - when someone rents the hot dog steamer, be sure they understand that it does take about an hour for it to heat up before it can be used. I was unaware of this and it did delay things forcing me to use my stove.

We have used VI rentals numerous times. I think this was our 5th time. They have been absolutely awesome. We never had to worry about if the rental would arrive on time, be set up correctly or how the crew would be. They were wonderful. Their customer service, their bounce houses, the promptness and calling us to let us know they were on the way was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the company and the people. They were incredible and I look forward to using them many more times in the future. THANK YOU!!!!!
